Every coffee we carry holds a cupping score above 84 points and complete traceability to its origin. That score isn't just a number. It means fair conditions for the producer, accountable practices at every step, and a cup that delivers aromatic complexity with a clean balance of acidity and sweetness.

In Spanish, recolecta means gathering the fruits of a harvest. In coffee, that harvest is done entirely by hand, because the cherry must be picked at a precise, unrepeatable moment of ripeness. The final cup depends completely on that human decision. We believe this is the most critical step in Specialty Coffee, and we pay accordingly.
Meticulously Roasted
We roast in small batches, developing a custom curve for each coffee based on its profile and who it's going to. Every batch runs under close supervision, aimed at one thing: drawing out the full potential of the coffee. Freshness is non-negotiable.
