Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your coffee. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at angela@recolectacoffee.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect orders placed by the customer.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
European Union — 14 day cooling off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. This right does not apply to perishable goods such as coffee once it has been opened or used.
