Domestic Shipping:

We send all shipments within Switzerland with the Swiss Post at a flat rate up to 30kg.

All items within Switzerland are subject to tax at the applicable rate (2.5%/7.7%).

International Shipping:

We ship internationally with the Swiss Post and DHL Express. If your country isn’t displayed, please reach out and we’ll sort it out. 

All international orders are not subject to Swiss tax, but you may be charged for tax, customs or other fees at your place of delivery. All fees and duties will be paid by the receiver. 

We don’t take any liability for the time and condition of products shipped to you. We will do our absolute best to make sure you get your products on time and in good condition, and supply you with a tracking number for our couriers.
