· Turn on your coffee machine and let it warm. Grind 20 grs of coffee (Grind Size: fine)
· Transfer the coffee to the filter holder, press delicately, keep it even and level. Insert the filter holder in your espresso machine and start the extraction. Use a scale to measure the extraction (always measure)
· An ideal ratio should be around 20 grs in, 48-50 ml out in approx. 33-38 seconds
